Course Overview
The VOSS Engineer course runs over 5 days and is delivered in partnership with Voss. The first 3 days of the course follow the VOSS Administer training syllabus. The final 2 days provide a much deeper dive into the network elements, additional system functions and back-end tools
Prerequisites
The student is expected to have good IT skills, and basic IP knowledge. The student should be a CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
Course Objectives
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Understand the system architecture
- Understand the hierarchy levels within the solution
- Navigate the menus and screens in the system
- Manage system and provider settings and options
- Configure and manage the various network elements in the system
- Administer the solution
- Manage system entities, resources, users and services
- Use various system tools
- Review and analyze transactions
- Use CLI access for general platform management and data export
