Van alle certificeringen is de VMware-certificering al jaren \u00e9\u00e9n van de populairste. De certificering tot Virtual Certified Professional (VCP) voor Data Center Virtualization (DCV) is het meest gangbaar. De huidige certificering VCP-DCV behaal je voor VMware vSphere 6.7.<\/p>\n<p>De certificering kan op meerdere manieren behaald worden, afhankelijk van je voorkennis, eerder afgelegde examens en eerder behaalde certificeringen. Het kan best lastig zijn de voor jou beste manier te ontdekken. Daarom zet ik in deze blog alle opties voor het behalen van de certificering VCP-DCV 2019 op een rij. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flane.nl\/blog\/2019\/03\/wijzigingen-vmware-certificeringen\/\">Lees hier meer over de toevoeging van een jaartal in de naamgeving van de VMware-certificeringen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Een VMware-training is soms verplicht<\/h2>\n<p>Het kan verplicht zijn om, voordat je een examen af mag leggen, deel te nemen aan een offici\u00eble VMware-training. Of dit voor jou geldt is afhankelijk van eventuele door jou eerder behaalde certificeringen. Verderop in deze blog licht ik de verschillende situaties verder toe.<\/p>\n<h2>Geldigheidsduur VMware-examens<\/h2>\n<p>VMware-examens waren altijd 2 jaar geldig. Dit is verleden tijd. Je leest er meer over in mijn blog <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flane.nl\/blog\/2019\/03\/wijzigingen-vmware-certificeringen\/\">VMware-certificeringen: 2 belangrijke wijzigingen toegelicht<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Situatie 1: je hebt nog nooit een VMware-training gevolgd of een VMware-examen afgelegd \u00f3f je beschikte ooit over een certificering op versie 3 of 4<\/h2>\n<p>Je begint met het volgen van een offici\u00eble VMware-training, want in deze situatie is het volgen van een training verplicht.<\/p>\n<p>Je volgt \u00e9\u00e9n van onderstaande trainingen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Als je geen of weinig ervaring hebt met de VMware vSphere-omgeving:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flane.nl\/course\/vmware-vicm\">VMware vSphere 6.7: Install, Configure, Manage (VICM)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Als je geen of weinig ervaring hebt met de VMware vSphere-omgeving \u00e9n een zeer intensieve training aankunt:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flane.nl\/course\/vmware-vvft\">VMware vSphere 6.7: Fast Track (VVFT)<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flane.nl\/course\/vmware-vicmosft\">VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage plus Optimize and Scale Fast Track (VICMOSFT)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na het volgen van de training, leg je het Foundation-examen (examencode 2V0-01.19) af. Dit is een online examen dat je thuis of op kantoor kunt afleggen. Je mag je boek en Google er dus bijhouden, als je de vragen maar binnen de gestelde tijd beantwoordt. Met het behalen van het Foundation-examen toon je aan dat je basiskennis van VMware vSphere beheerst, de fundering van alle andere VMware-producten.<\/p>\n<p>Na het behalen van het Foundation-examen, leg je het examen VCP 6.7 2019 (examencode: 2V0-21.19) af op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie. Het examen bevat 40 vragen.<\/li>\n<li>Professional vSphere 6.7 Exam 2019 (2V0-21.19)<br \/>\nDit is het volledige examen dat het complete vSphere-product behandelt. Het examen bevat 70 vragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Welk examen je kiest is aan jou. De kosten van beide examens zijn gelijk en beide examens moeten op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie afgelegd worden. Wanneer je \u00e9\u00e9n van de trainingen afgerond hebt, ben je gecertificeerd voor VCP-DCV 2019. Vervolgens leg je het examen VCP 6.7 2019 (examencode: 2V0-21.19) af op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie. Vervolgens leg je het online Foundation-examen af en daarna het examen VCP 6.7 2019 (examencode: 2V0-21.19) op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie. Vervolgens leg je het examen VCP 6.7 2019 (examencode: 2V0-21.19) af op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie. Je volgt een training, legt het online Foundation-examen af en vervolgens het examen VCP 6.7 2019 op een Pearson VUE-examenlocatie.
