In deze blog ga ik dieper in op het monitoren van de voortgang.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoe kom je erachter hoeveel Cisco Continuous Learning-punten je organisatie tot nu toe behaald heeft?<\/li>\n<li>Waar kun je vinden welke activiteiten punten opleveren?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe kun je zien wat welke medewerker gedaan heeft?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cisco Continuous Learning: het dashboard<\/h2>\n<p>Cisco heeft een dashboard gebouwd waarop je al deze informatie makkelijk en snel terug kunt vinden. Dit dashboard vind je in <a href=\"https:\/\/tools.cisco.com\/WWChannels\/GETLOG\/login.do\" target=\"_blank\">Partner Self Service<\/a> onder het tabblad &#8216;Program Management &amp; Application&#8217;.<\/p>\n<h2>Cisco Continuous Learning: hoeveel punten heeft je organisatie behaald?<\/h2>\n<p>Na het openen van het tabblad zie je de architectuurspecialisaties, de technologiespecialisaties en de andere programma&#8217;s waarvoor je organisatie gecertificeerd is. Daarachter vind je de &#8216;Anniversary Date&#8217;: de datum waarop de behaalde certificering verloopt. Deze datum is belangrijk, want voor iedere renewal na 31 oktober 2016 is het behalen van een bepaald aantal punten in het Cisco Continuous Learning-programma verplicht.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer je klikt op een bepaalde specialisatie krijg je de details van die specialisatie te zien. Je ziet het aantal punten dat benodigd is om de specialisatie te behalen \u00e9n je ziet het aantal punten dat je organisatie reeds behaald heeft.<\/p>\n<h2>Cisco Continuous Learning: welke activiteiten leveren punten op?<\/h2>\n<p>Iets onder het benodigde en behaalde aantal punten kun je doorklikken naar de Cisco Continuous Learning Library. Je krijgt nu een overzicht te zien van alle activiteiten en kennissessies waarvoor je, binnen deze specifieke specialisatie, punten kunt behalen die meetellen voor het Cisco Continuous Learning-programma.<\/p>\n<p>Op dit moment kun je van hieruit (nog) niet doorklikken naar SalesConnect om de kennissessie direct te starten. Wellicht implementeert Cisco deze mogelijkheid op een later moment. Voor nu is het het makkelijkst om de titel van de kennissessie naar keuze te kopi\u00ebren en plakken in het zoekveld in <a href=\"http:\/\/salesconnect.cisco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">SalesConnect<\/a>. Wanneer je de juiste kennissessie gevonden hebt, start je die door middel van de &#8216;view&#8217;-knop. Het verschil tussen &#8216;view&#8217; en &#8216;download&#8217; lees je in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flane.nl\/blog\/2016\/08\/continuous-learning\/\">mijn vorige blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Cisco Continuous Learning: wat heeft welke medewerker gedaan?<\/h2>\n<p>Onder het tabblad &#8216;Program Management &amp; Application&#8217; vind je, in het menu, een Cisco Continuous Learning-overzicht. Wanneer je hierop klikt, krijg je opnieuw de specialisaties te zien waarvoor je organisatie gecertificeerd is met het aantal benodigde en het aantal behaalde punten. Aan de rechterkant vind je de optie &#8216;Continuous Learning Detailed Overview&#8217;. Wanneer je hierop klikt, wordt een Excel-bestand gedownload met een overzicht van alle afgeronde activiteiten en kennissessies, inclusief de naam van de medewerker en het aantal behaalde punten per activiteit.<\/p>\n<h2>Andere vragen rondom Cisco Continuous Learning?<\/h2>\n<p>Dit zijn de antwoorden op de vragen die mij het meest gesteld worden.
