Course Overview

Emphasis is placed on diagnostic tools and troubleshooting strategies to help students become self-sufficient in their use and support of AudioCodes SBCs.


  • Required: ACA Certification
  • Recommended: 6 months of AudioCodes field experience with AudioCodes SBC products
