Cisco announcing the refreshed Cisco Wireless training courses and exams

Cisco announced the refreshed Cisco Wireless training courses and exams. It concerns the following courses and certifications:

CCNA Wireless
!Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Networking Essentials (IUWNE)

CCNP Wireless
!Conducting Cisco Unified Wireless Site Survey (CUWSS)
!Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Voice Networks (IUWVN)
!Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Mobility Services (IUWMS)
!Implementing Advanced Cisco Unified Wireless Security (IAUWS)

The training courses and written exams have been revised with more relevant material that includes an update to the current version of software including Autonomous, WLC and Clients, expands the content based on new 802.11n support, and places more emphasis on rich media deployments such as Voice over WLAN, and Video over WLAN. The new training courses are based on code 7.0 MR1.

Availability of the revised written exams are offered through Pearson VUE. The current exams are available until 11th May 2012.
