Fast Lane introducing Cisco Collaboration Systems Release (CSR) 10 courses

This week Cisco launched the Collaboration Systems Release (CSR) 10.0. Cisco Collaboration Systems Releases (formerly known as Unified Communications solution releases) are comprised of several components, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Instant Messaging and Presence, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server (VCS).

The existing Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration courses, such as the !CCNP Voice courses or the !Cisco UC 9.1 Manager Hands-On Workshop (UC91) course, are based on Cisco Unified Communications v8 and v9.

To enable you to develop your knowledge and skills in the area of Cisco Collaboration Systems Release (CSR) 10.0 Fast Lane introduced 2 courses.

Cisco Collaboration Solution Release 10.0 Bootcamp (CSR10BC)
This 5-day Bootcamp course is designed for those who have just basic knowledge of servers, VMware and Cisco Collaboration products. Students will gain functional knowledge and capabilities to design, configure and administer CSR 10.0 solutions.

Cisco Collaboration Systems Release 10.0 Update (CSR10U)
The 3-day update course is designed for established Cisco UC/Collaboration engineers with good knowledge of UC 8.0 or higher. Students can close the knowledge gap between the CCNP Voice courses at version 8.0 and CSR 10.0.
