New too: the Advanced Unified Access and Advanced Core & WAN specializations

Cisco introducing the Advanced Enterprise Networks architecture specialization

The new Advanced Enterprise Networks architecture specialization, that - together with the new Advanced Security architecture specialization - replaces the Borderless Networks specialization, consists of both the new Advanced Unified Access and Advanced Core & WAN specializations.

The Advanced Unified Access specialization covers ISR/ASR and IWAN (WAN services) and Catalyst products (Access and Core - Catalyst 2K, 3K, 4K and 6K). The Advanced Core and WAN specialization focusses on wireless, converged access (Catalyst 3650 / 3850) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). The new Advanced Enterprise Networks architecture specialization covers all topics mentioned above: Access and Core Switching and Routing, and wireless.
