Het scholingstraject tot ICT Supportmedewerker en Servicedeskmedewerker sluit nauw aan op de actuele vraag in de arbeidsmarkt. In het overzicht van de top-10 instapfuncties in de ICT-markt staat deze functie op nummer 1 (zie hoofdstuk 13). Deze functies zijn kansrijk omdat de drempel om in te stappen laag is en de vraag groot. De ontwikkelde kennis en vaardigheden zijn generiek. Hierdoor heeft de deelnemer kansen zich verder te ontplooien in veel verschillende ICT-gebieden.

- Mensen die vanuit een andere beroepsachtergrond in de ICT willen instromen.
- Mensen met een vooropleiding niet hoger dan MBO-4
- Werkzoekenden
- Statushouders en Oekraïense vluchtelingen die een nieuwe start willen maken op de Nederlandse IT‑arbeidsmarkt
- ZZP’ers die willen investeren in hun professionele ontwikkeling

Deelnemers:
- Zijn gemotiveerd

- Beschikken over MBO-4 denk- en werkniveau
