Who should attend
This course is intended for students from Avaya Focus Partners who will be supporting the Avaya IP Office™ Platform and preparing for the 78201T online test.
Prerequisites
Intermediate knowledge of Voice over IP (VOIP) technology. Intermediate knowledge of Session Internet Protocol (SIP) ACIS-7720 – Avaya IP Office™ Platform
Course Objectives
- Understand the core products and features of the Avaya IP Office Platform
- Gain proficiency in security administration and management
- Learn Back-up and restore procedures for IP Office products
- Develop skills in troubleshooting and resolving common issues within the IP Office environments
- Master using Essential tools like System Status Application (SSA) and System Monitor for diagnostics.
